I work with people who have thoughts about suicide — whether they are new, have come and gone over the years, or is something you’re only now starting to talk about. I also work with anxiety, depression, and that heavy, overwhelming feeling when life just feels like too much.
I use practical tools that can help you feel safer, less overwhelmed, and more steady when things get dark. Together, we can work toward feeling more like yourself again — even when that feels impossible right now.
If you are exhausted from keeping it all inside, or just need a place where you can slow down and be heard without being judged, we will make that space together. No pressure. No fixing. Just a calm place where you can breathe and find your footing at your own pace.
I offer online sessions, including evenings and weekends. I also keep room for lower rates so money does not have to stop you from getting support.
