As a Registered Nurse deeply committed to mental health and crisis intervention, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. I've provided compassionate care to those grappling with mental health challenges, offering warmth, empathy, and understanding.

Before becoming an RN, I gained invaluable experience providing crisis intervention, specializing in addiction, suicide prevention, and supporting survivors of violence through a trauma-informed and empowerment-focused approach for over 5 years.

Drawing from this background, my therapeutic approach is integrative, seamlessly blending evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs.

With a strong foundation in nursing and crisis intervention, coupled with a proven track record of positively impacting clients' mental health, I'm eager to continue guiding individuals on their journey to well-being.
